The Sandbox: A Playful Approach to Self-Discovery through Voice 

Wednesday May 27 from 7-8:45pm​

Facilitated by Tobin Asher, this workshop will use the foundation of embodiment, authentic relating, and play as a launchpad to explore our voices in novel ways. Experience yourself as an instrument, and experiment with surrendering to your own natural intelligence. It is always a mystery as to where the voyage will lead. This is an invitation to chart waters unknown with other adventurous travelers by your side.  

Everyone is welcome; no previous experience required. Please wear comfortable clothing that you can move in and bring a closed water bottle. 

$5-15 suggested donation, no one turned away for lack of funds.
